In 1949 WW-III breaks out with the Soviet Union and the USA destroying each other. The strategies of both the nations, cause unrest in the other nations and their allies. By the year 1960 the two nations had practically decimated each other, so they call for peace. The warlord like factions still remain causing a very different map.
