Lawlor Edward Goldman (1837-1925) was a greenfield business man and member of the prominent Goldman Family. He was the second eldest son of the Goldmans and took over at the company in 1871 aged 34. He took over in the wake of his mother retiring to take care of his father.

He was born in 1837 7 years after Powell Goldman was born. He attended St. Marys Catholic School and went on to Greenfield Private High. He then studied business and political science at Tyberia University. He finished his education in 1860 and joined his family run business in 1862. He was the CEO of the Company from 1864-1871 after which he became Chairman of the Company after his mother retired. He served in the role until 1902 were he ran for as a MP of the Greenfield House of Deputies. He left the company in the same year and was elected to the parliament in 1903.

He was a member of the Greenfield Conservative and Unionists Party and in the 1905 general election his party won 421 of the 700 seats. He was appointed Minister for Commerce and Industry. He is well known for passing the General Goods and Trade Act and Food Distribution Act which helped improve the lives of many people. He was offered the job as Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party in 1915 but turned it down. He retired from the Greenfield House of Deputies in 1920 aged 83. In 1923 he was awarded the Medal of the People thanking him for helping to improve the lives of many of the poorer peoples of Greenfield.

In 1925 he died aged 88 from cardiac arrest. 1000s met to see his funeral and was buried beside his father in the Harry Goldman Memorial Center.
